Cailin Fitzgerald

Vice President

Cailin graduated from the University of Hartford with a bachelor’s degree in Art History and a minor in Sociology. While at the University of Hartford she discovered her passion for the not-for-profit world while working on the first Executive Board of UHA’s Up ‘til Dawn event that raises money and awareness for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. In the second year of the event, Cailin became the Executive Director of Up ‘til Dawn and saw the small school raise almost $60,000 for St. Jude’s in her time on the Board.

Cailin joined The JFM team as a part-time Project Associate and steadily advanced, gaining hands-on experience in a wide range of roles and responsibilities that have given her a comprehensive understanding of the business and the diverse clients we serve. This foundation, combined with her leadership skills and commitment to client success, has led to her current role as Vice President, where she oversees many of the firm’s most important projects and initiatives.

Cailin has continually made major contributions to all projects that JFM is a part of. She was instrumental in helping clients navigate through the significant challenges in 2020 and beyond and helped lead JFM through new virtual technology to remain current for our clients. Cailin’s ability to consistently stay ahead of the client to effectively see their vision and financial goals achieved makes her a great asset. In addition to her strong organizational and fundraising skills, Cailin brings advanced design and technical expertise which has allowed JFM to expand the array of services it offers.

Now, as Vice President, Cailin plays an integral role in every aspect of JFM’s operations, helping to guide the company’s strategic direction while ensuring the successful execution of all projects. Her leadership, dedication, and deep understanding of both client needs and business operations have been instrumental to JFM’s continued growth and success. She is a trusted advisor to clients and a driving force behind the collaborative culture and high standards that define JFM.

When she is not working, Cailin enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as going to concerts and reading. She also donates her time to other organizations outside of work and was instrumental in creating the Dominic Zeoli Scholarship which provides annual scholarships to students at her alma mater.
